On 1 June 2026 our linen supply factory in Adachi-ku, Tokyo started operating.

Our first delivery was on 2 June 2026. We now deliver linen daily to six facilities, mostly in central Tokyo.
Orders, deliveries, delivery notes and invoices all run through software we build ourselves. Orders arrive through a portal dedicated to each hotel, and what the factory actually sorts becomes the delivery note and the invoice. Removing the re-keying of paper and faxes is the shortest route to fewer quantity disputes and less variation in quality.
In June 2026 we were adopted under the SME Labour-Saving Investment Subsidy (General Type). We keep reworking our equipment and how we run it so that the same number of people can process more.
