The work
You will launch and run our linen supply factory — production planning, quality control and staff management — owning the operation of the floor as a whole.

- Experience running a factory or managing operations

Machine Learning Engineer
The work
You will research and build Physical AI for the robots running in our own factory. The core work is imitation and reinforcement learning on data from a real production floor.
Requirements
- Professional experience in machine learning / deep learning
- Hands-on Python with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Able to read a paper and implement it
